The heart of the Redfish Lodge of Louisiana is my family including my two sons Michael and Stephen but no one has helped me more to build the best charter/guide service in South Louisiana than my wife Lori.
She works tirelessly behind the scenes on a daily basis to make sure that scheduling a trip is a straightforward, pleasurable experience for our customers. As well, managing the lodge keeps Lori’s plate full.
Lori was born and raised 15 minutes from downtown New Orleans. Spoiled by the areas wonderful culinary experiences and the array of local seafood choices, where Gumbo’s, Etouffee’s and Jambalaya is a normal weekday dinner. As a young girl Lori was interested in reading cookbooks and trying out new dishes. Basically taking existing recipes putting the “Lori” twist on them, adding and subtracting ingredient’s and making them her own.
Now years later Lori enjoys sharing the wonderful foods, recipes and creations from our Louisiana culture with our customers.
Most people when they are planning a trip to the New Orleans area one of your first thoughts are “Can’t wait to enjoy the foods that this area has to offer” and Lori strives to make your dining experience one you wont soon forget. Don’t tell Mike but customers who have visited the Redfish Loge of Louisiana for several years as well as “First Timers” love Lori’s food as much as the fishing, but hey that’s what you come to Louisiana for Fishing and Food and there is no finer than can be found at the “Redfish Lodge of Louisiana” thanks to Lori.
