BREAKFAST
Mornings begin with a full breakfast of eggs and bacon, or if you are a light eater in the morning there is also fruit and muffins. We also offer hot coffee, tea, milk, and a variety of juices.
LUNCH
Lunch makings are put out after breakfast is served. Guests make their own sandwhiches to take with them on the boat for lunch. All condiments, lunch meat, cheeses, and bread are available for guests to make as many sandwhiches as they would like to take with them for the day. We also have a variety of chips and snacks as well.
DINNER
The fresh cajun dishes and seafood specialties of the Redfish Lodge of Louisiana that have consistently delighted our guests for over 30 years. Fresh grilled redfish,tuna, or wahoo, cajun potatoes, fresh vegetables, cajun shrimp pasta, fried or boiled seafood is just a few of the delicacies that could await you at the Redfish Lodge of Louisiana dinner table.
